Miss Megan

Miss Megan graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts.  In addition to her BA from Columbia College, Miss Megan studied at London Studio Centre and the Alvin Ailey School in NYC.  Miss Megan’s vast performance background includes the The Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland; the London Studio Centre Studio Company; she toured with Von Heidecke's Chicago Festival Ballet as a guest artist; she performed as the Sugar Plum Fairy in the Performing Arts Limited studio production of The Nutcracker; as well as with the Chicago-based dance company, Matter Dance.

As a teacher, Miss Megan’s experience includes both the Von Heidecke School of Ballet and the Performing Arts Limited.  She began teaching ballet at Driven2Dance back in 2005, and worked alongside Miss Tiffany to grow the young studio into the successful dance program it is today.  After taking a temporary leave to spend time with her husband and raise her three beautiful daughters - who all love dance as much as she does! - D2D is thrilled to have our beloved Miss Megan back in the studio and training our dancers once again.

In addition to dance, Miss Megan enjoys spending time her family and friends, yoga, walking, and gardening.
